The Tao Massage according to Russel\/Kolb is a full-body massage with very refined sequences and a clear structure \u2013 using warm oil. A clearly structured sequence of repeatedly applied strokes invites you to relax deeply into the massage.<\/p>

During a varied blend of slow and dynamic massage strokes, you are invited to fully surrender to the sensations of your body \u2013 holding positions also have a special effect. Your experience can range from deep relaxation with trance-like states to sexually arousing. During the intimate massage, only the external area is massaged (no internal Yoni Massage, no intensive Lingam Massage as in Tantric Massage). With full devotion and mindful presence, I offer my heart-connected touch to every person, regardless of gender, age, and skin color.

The Tao Massage has multifaceted effects, which is why it is also described as holistic: through the harmonization of Yin and Yang, the meaningful sequence, and the special activation of the energy flow from the sacrum along the spine to the neck and crown chakra. One intention of the treatment is to harmonize and connect the seven main chakras (energy centers) present in the body. On a physical level, I touch with hands and forearms to release tension, and thereby also on a mental and emotional level. The massage takes place either on the floor on a futon (a large, soft mat made of many layers of cotton) or on our comfortable heated massage table with thick padding.
