For us, touch is a language that reaches deeper than words. In the Tantric Massage, a space opens where body, breath, and presence resonate with one another. It is not solely about technique, but about mindful listening \u2013 to what wishes to arise in the moment.<\/p>

We are professionally trained Tantric Masseurs as well as health practitioners for sexual culture. In addition to classic Tantric Massages, we also offer trauma-informed Tantric Massages when a specific concern is present. Thus, we accompany people who either come to us with a particular theme \u2013 or desire a classic Tantric Massage to experience themselves in calm, dignity, and connection. Both you as the receiving person and we as the givers wear a cloth (Lunghi) at the beginning. In gentle steps, this is removed during the massage. We also remove it, not from erotic motivation, but to create balance. The journey is dedicated solely to you \u2013 you remain in the passive role.<\/p>

What Happens During a Tantric Massage?<\/h2>

1. Preliminary Conversation<\/h3>

Over a cup of tea or a glass of water, we take time for an introductory conversation. You can ask questions, express your expectations, or communicate your boundaries. We explain our approach and together align on the framework\u2014what feels right, what you need, and what you do not wish for.<\/p>

2. Arriving & Showering<\/h3>

Before the massage, you shower in a relaxed manner. Showering serves not only for physical cleansing but also for inner arrival. Water can act as a clarifying element, allowing you to release impressions from your journey, daily life, and the preliminary conversation. This is how the ritual of reverence begins in a feeling of freshness, clarity, and presence.<\/p>

3. Attunement & Breath Meditation<\/h3>

At the beginning, we take time for a shared attunement, which can take place while sitting or standing. A brief breathing technique and a short guided meditation help you come to rest, arrive in your body, and attune together to the space of touch.<\/p>

4. Transition into Touch<\/h3>

From the attunement, it slowly transitions into touch. This can initially happen in a held, supported position, for example in the so-called Living Chair: here, you lean your back against the practitioner and are carried and held. 5. Full-Body Touch & Energy Flow<\/h3>

The massage usually begins in the supine position on the futon and initially at the periphery: the face, head, hands, and feet are touched mindfully. From there, the touch gradually approaches the torso. Different qualities of touch come into play: gentle strokes, nourishing holding phases, rhythmic movements, varying intensities, moments of stillness, as well as body-on-body elements in which body rests on body. Our work is inspired by the four elements. Light, delicate touches open the space of breath and expansiveness (Air). Grounding, clarifying holds convey support, security, and presence (Earth). Sensations and emotions are allowed to emerge and come into movement (Water). The conscious breath accompanies the entire process.<\/p>

6. Intimate Massage & Deepened Energy Flow<\/h3>

In the final third of the massage, depending on your intentions, an intimate massage may take place \u2013 a Yoni Massage for women or a Lingam Massage for men. Here the element of fire is added: desire, vitality, and ecstasy are invited to emerge. Many people experience what is known as wave riding \u2013 arousal rises, spreads throughout the full body, subsides, and rises again, without goal or performance pressure. Sexual energy is not limited to the genitals but is distributed throughout the body and perceived with awareness. It is also possible that other sensations come to the forefront instead of desire: softness, sadness, deep emotional resonance, or inner stillness. Many people find it healing to receive conscious touch in the intimate area without needing to perform \u2013 beyond familiar sexual patterns and expectations.<\/p>

7. Ritual Washing, Integration & Rest<\/h3>

At the end of the massage, the body is gently freed from oil with warm cloths. Afterwards, there is space for stillness, sensing, and integration. Subsequently, there is the option to shower again to complete the experience on a physical and energetic level.<\/p>

8. Closing Conversation<\/h3>

After the shower and once you are dressed again, we meet in the seating area. There we conclude the session with a conversation: What was experienced? What would you like to take with you?<\/p>

What is a Tantric Massage \u2013 and what is it not?<\/h2>

The term Tantric Massage is used in very different ways and is often equated with an erotic service. Since the name is not protected, many interpretations exist. We work according to the guidelines of the Tantric Massage Association e. V. (TMV) and the Health Practitioner for Sexual Culture (BfG) with clear quality and ethical standards. Our work focuses on self-discovery, self-awareness and mindful touch \u2013 without performance pressure and without expectation, in the spirit of a healthy sexual culture.
